RelayCare is free while we test it with families. We do not charge anyone, and we do not collect payment details, so right now there is nothing to refund.
Before any paid plan
If we introduce paid plans, then before anyone is charged we will publish:
- the price, and what it includes;
- how billing works, including whether it renews and when;
- how to cancel, in the same place and as easily as signing up;
- the refund terms, in this page.
You will not be charged unless you clearly agree to a paid plan. Nobody is moved onto a paid plan automatically.
